TOP or BOTTOM

I sometimes get confused. Almost everyone, all the feedback and the data analysis tells me that the organization's main problem is at the TOP ... it starts with us, the leadership team. As I go around trying to fix the problem at the top, everyone now asks me why I am not addressing the problem at the BOTTOM.

So the question is ... Is the problem at the top or the bottom ?

Do we treat the disease or the symptoms ?

We go for both b,coz TOP people said that BOTTOM people got a lot of problem, same to the BOTTOM people vice versa.

With such a clear body of evidence that the TOP involvement is critical to the success of an organization. By addressing the TOP to be a great leader, it will automatically flow down.

Can leaders change? Definitely! Will leaders change? Maybe.

This is what we call TAI-CHI,everybody pointing fingers everywhere.I would dare to say 50% of the problem is from the middle,35% is from the top and 15% is from the bottom. The top always see what is their goal but once they try to implement,it goes off course.WHY?Because its the middle people that creates their own version/perception of the stories from the BOSSES.And the rest is HISTORY.

Whether the problem is from TOP or BOTTOM....it is noted that there is a PROBLEM. I could see that actions are taken, to rectify it.....the result would not be immediate...i think we will see it soon...insyallah.

Are you with me...as I am with the GOOD and TRUTHFUL.
