RIGHT or WRONG

Reflecting back, in recent meetings & discussions, it has always been about WHO is right and not about WHAT is right ? We all tend to listen to who is saying rather than what is being said.

We grew up being told that you must listen to your elders because they have wisdom and know the right things to do. Bosses are of course ALWAYS right ... ( and governments & politicians are NEVER wrong )

I guess we all have to stay focus on the facts & the rationale, rather than the rhetoric and the style ...

Nothing is RIGHT for now everything is WRONG. Too many BOSSES that make everything go WRONG.RIGHT will happen ONLY when someone with courage and tell this is WRONG. The problem is WHO ? Mr RIGHT or MR WRONG

It is difficult to focus on the message rather that the individual that is delivering the message. As human, we tend to have perception on the individual who is delivering the message regardless we have known them or we have just met them.

There is a huge difference between two apparently similar words – ‘simple’ and ‘easy’. While it is simple to understand, that is focus on the message not the individual who delivers the message, but it is far from easy to do it.
