For the great people he will stand on his own feet BUT for the weak people they need support to change.
Look around you try to get close and talk to them.
,,,,,,,,,you know,,,,,,,
Its wonts care how strong you are,you still need someone to change you (like mother and son ,husband and wife)

I have to disagree with the above opinion. Nobody can change anybody else even the closest one to you. Only that person himself can decide whether he wants to change. He must have the desire to change. The desire will only come when he realized that he is not happy or satisfied with what he is in and want a different result. You can only help people to realize the need to change but you cannot decide for them to change.
Even a husband cannot make the wife change or a mother cannot make her kid to change unless the person himself wants to change. That’s why the last thing we could do when we want our loved ones to change is to pray to GOD “berilah petunjuk dan hidayah atau kesedaran” for the person to change.
Yes… the change process will be easier and faster if you have people around you who guide you or support you to change. It is all depends on how strong is your desire to change that will determine how far you can go in your journey of change.

Gandhi said, In a gentle way you can shake the world. Here are some things to think about.
1. Know that all significant change throughout history has occurred not because of nations, armies, governments and certainly not committees. They happened as a result of the courage and commitment of individuals. People like Joan of Ark, Albert Einstein, Clara Barton, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison and Rosa Parks. They might not have done it alone, but they were, without question, the change makers.
2. Believe that you have a unique purpose and potential in the world. It’s not so much something to create as to be discovered. And it’s up to you to discover it. Believe that you can and will make a difference.
3. Recognize that everything you do, every step you take, every sentence you write, every word you speak—or DON’T speak--counts. Nothing is trivial. The world may be big, but there are no small things. Everything matters.
4. To be the change you want to see in the world, you don’t have to be loud. You don’t have to be eloquent. You don’t have to be elected. You don’t even have to be particularly smart or well educated. You do, however, have to be committed.
5. Take personal responsibility. Never think that "it’s not my job". It’s a cop-out to say, "What can I do, I’m only one person." You don’t need everyone’s cooperation or anyone’s permission to make changes. Remember this little gem, If it’s to be, it’s up to me.
6. Don’t get caught up in the how of things. If you’re clear on what you want to change and why you want to change it, the how will come. Many significant things have been left undone because someone let the problem solving interfere with the decision-making.
7. Don’t wait for things to be right in order to begin. Change is messy. Things will never be just right. Follow Teddy Roosevelt’s timeless advice, Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.
8. The genesis for change is awareness. We cannot change what we don’t acknowledge. Most of the time, we aren’t aware of what’s wrong or what’s not working. We don’t see what could be. By becoming more aware, we begin the process of change.
9. Take to heart these words from Albert Einstein--arguably one of the smartest change masters who ever lived: All meaningful and lasting change starts first in your imagination and then works its way out. Imagination is more important than knowledge.
10. In order for things to change, YOU have to change. We can’t change others; we can only change ourselves. However, when WE change, it changes everything. And in doing so, we truly can be the change we want to see in the world.
The following is inscribed on the tomb of an Anglican Bishop in Westminster Abby (1100 A.D.) . . .
When I was young and free and my imagination had no limits, I dreamed of changing the world. As I grew older and wiser, I discovered the world would not change, so I shortened my sights somewhat and decided to change only my country.
But it, too, seemed immovable.
As I grew into my twilight years, in one last desperate attempt, I settled for changing only my family, those closest to me, but alas, they would have none of it.
And now, as I lie on my deathbed, I suddenly realize: If I had only changed myself first, then by example I would have changed my family.
From their inspiration and encouragement, I would then have been able to better my country, and who knows, I may have even changed the world.

A long, long time ago in a galaxy not so far away...when the AIROD stormtroopers had pride in their work....when money was not the only thing to work for...when AOK was managing the best engine overhaul shop in the region...

Young Skywalker,
Changes do come from within...but let's hope you use the force not for the dark side and turn out to be me!

May the force be with us...to transform for positive growth...and never look back...well, maybe only look back at the things we have done good so that we can now focus on how to do it better...and better....and better...

AIROD Stormtroopers...lets transform to ensure our survival...in this dog-eat-dog MRO business...you need it...your family needs it.

368796...Hello....Hello...my advise to you is open up your own blog....You sounded so......stress up...as though you writing a book on philosophy.

Well…Thanks for the comments, just glad that someone notice what I’ve posted. Guess my “Old School of Thought” has loss it relevancy in the emergence of young and dynamic leaders like The Wild Thing and others. Will not argue much with the “IN” things, may be too old to impose own believe and principals to others. Rest assured that I’ll not overstay my welcome.

BTW it doesn’t take long to post that comment, just copy & paste (technological wonder of the net) numerous site on change available in the web – no need to open a new blog lah. Beautiful wife & fantastic kids, I’m stress free, but pretty sure Gandhi was not back in the mid ‘40s.

368796.....hello again....actually that is how it sound (cut and paste) not from the heart. However, Thanks for sharing the knowledge. Jangan merajuk...please continue to give your comment...just joking about the blog. And why do you say that you are not as dynamic as the WILD THING...all of us has a wild thing in us....don't you agree?

On the contrary, it is from the heart just that Gandhi & the bishop can manifest it better and make it more universal. About Wild Thing…. I used to doubt his ability as manager, but now (minus his foul language) he is a force to be recon with. Not merajuk just reverse psychology! I know you will take my bait; knowing an avid angler that you are….… Peace my son and God bless.

Dear 368796,
To me OLDIES ARE GOLDIES,the company has made me for what i am today. For years I've learn a lot from technical up to how to speak out(kampungku time)from the old timers(maybe your one of them) in this wonderful company(more than 15 wonderful years). For my FOUL LANGUAGE(old timers fault they taught me,again in kampungku),that is my weakness and I always try to remind myself not to curse so much, tapi selalu lupa.Another biggest weakness I have is,CEPAT KESIANKAN ORANG.Do you think I'm dynamic and a force to be reckon with.Well, everybody has their own way to show their emotions and how they do things. But to me it's a compliment from you and I am really grateful. If you or anybody else think I'm going overboard or did something wrong or even offended anybody, please do advice me.(REALLY HAVE TO CHANGE)
Learn from mistake and it will take you to a greater height.
For the anonymous who wants to know me,this is the hint.I was from the lowest rank that you could think of when I join this company and today I'm a manager in one of the most HARD CORE(a lot of UNION leaders) and an outstanding aircraft output dept.Eventho once upon a time the company HIGEST MANAGEMENT hates my guts(maybe even up to today).

-WILD THING-
To make people to listen to you, there is 2 ways
1.THEY RESPECT YOU or
2.THEY ARE AFRAID OF YOU
But I would prefer to have both
